You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in developing strategic partnerships that drive growth and mutual benefits. Your experience includes working with value-added resellers and systems integrators, ideally within the technology sector. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are passionate about fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are adept at navigating complex partner ecosystems to identify opportunities for collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in the enterprise software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data security. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for creating compelling business cases that resonate with partners. Your ability to think strategically while also executing tactically sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to grow the partner ecosystem, focusing on building relationships with top Microsoft Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators. You will collaborate closely with the UK leadership team to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to partners. You will identify new partnership opportunities and work to create mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth for both AvePoint and its partners. You will also monitor the performance of existing partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that AvePoint's offerings align with their business objectives. You will participate in industry events and conferences to represent AvePoint and expand the partner network.
