Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with experience in developing and managing relationships with partners. Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with company goals. You are proactive and organized, capable of driving partner success and fostering mutual growth. You understand the importance of providing partners with the necessary resources and support for seamless implementation and go-live processes.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager at Outreach, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key partners. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to align partner activities with the company's strategic objectives. You will provide partners with playbooks, resources, and other assets to facilitate their success in reselling Outreach services. You will engage deeply with leading AI, ISV, and Cloud partners to accelerate innovation and drive strategic growth. Your proactive approach will be essential in ensuring that partners receive exceptional support throughout their journey with Outreach.
