Minitab is hiring a Partner Account Manager to manage a partner ecosystem within Greater China. You'll drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaboration with regional partners. This position requires 5+ years of experience in indirect/channel business development.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in indirect or channel business development, particularly in the enterprise software sector, where you've consistently exceeded revenue and pipeline goals. Your background includes working with multi-channel sales models, and you have a proven track record of managing partner revenue targets exceeding $1M USD. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with direct sales and services teams. Your experience in the Greater China region is essential, as is your familiarity with structured value-based or consultative sales methodologies. Fluency in English and Putonghua is required, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager at Minitab, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with regional partners, including strategic consultants, VARs, distributors, and resellers. Your role will involve driving partner enablement and developing joint annual business development plans with measurable goals. You will support partners in identifying and closing renewal and new sales opportunities, tracking pipeline activity, and expanding Minitab’s footprint within customer accounts. Maintaining partner profiles, sales activities, and enablement levels in CRM will be crucial, as will preparing quarterly business reviews and scorecards. You will foster mutual value through business cases, co-marketing efforts, and strong two-way communication. Additionally, you will ensure partner participation in Minitab promotions, webinars, events, and customer reference programs. Collaborating with Senior PAMs and internal teams will be essential to implement territory and account plans effectively.
