You have over a decade of experience in administration, operations, and customer service — your proven track record of engaging with stakeholders across diverse levels and backgrounds sets you apart. You possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively under pressure and multitask efficiently. Your detail-oriented nature ensures that every aspect of your work is executed flawlessly.

Your experience in program management, secretarial, and administrative support has equipped you with the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment. You are proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have a solid understanding of SharePoint and Tableau. Your fluency in English enables you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and operate Government-to-Employee surveys for the Whole-of-Government (WOG), focusing on the satisfaction of public officers with ICT tools. You will collaborate with vendors and various departments to ensure smooth survey operations, which includes preparing materials, managing databases, and coordinating meetings with Government agencies. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential during live surveys to address any issues that arise.

You will also handle electronic Direct Mail (eDM) dissemination and marketing communication, managing the communications calendar and creating the eDM playbook. Liaising with stakeholders will be crucial to ensure the quality and seamless dissemination of WOG eDM. Additionally, you will manage databases in SharePoint and support the development, testing, and live operations of surveys.

Conducting pre-event and post-event follow-up activities, including After Action Reviews (AAR), will be part of your responsibilities. You will support the dashboard with database access list management, testing, data analytics, and reporting. Providing secretariat support for management meetings, including polling and scheduling agenda items, will also be part of your role, along with event and logistics support utilizing AI tools.
