Who you are

You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines, and you bring 4-6 years of experience in project management, particularly within a government or regulated environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively pitch ideas and influence stakeholders, ensuring that projects align with business requirements and governance frameworks. You are familiar with Agile Project Management methodologies and have experience in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management, which enhances your ability to oversee complex projects.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager at AvePoint, you will lead and coordinate projects within a Government Agency environment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all business requirements. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT Infrastructure Engineers, and Agency users to drive project success. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with IT governance frameworks, emphasizing security and resilience. You will lead coordination efforts with GovTech and Auditors for audits and oversee the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
