What you'll do

As a Business Analyst at AvePoint, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Your contributions will guide the design and development of innovative solutions that meet client objectives. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements for software development projects, creating deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, GUI designs, and interface specifications. You will collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish a technical vision that balances usability with performance needs.

You will support project managers in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project lifecycle. Your role will involve translating technical information into business language for better understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also analyze and evaluate gathered requirements to ensure that the final solutions align with client objectives. Your ability to work with diverse teams will be crucial in driving enterprise software solution projects forward.
