You have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on Salesforce projects, demonstrating your ability to analyze business processes and develop both As-Is and To-Be descriptions. Your experience includes leading requirement gathering and analysis activities, preparing and delivering communications, and participating in testing. You excel at translating complex technical information into clear business language, effectively bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

You are skilled in documenting business requirements for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You are familiar with preparing deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.

Collaboration is key for you; you work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts to establish a technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance. You are proactive in supporting project managers and product managers in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously is a testament to your organizational skills and agility. You are also open to continuous learning and growth, valuing teamwork and fresh ideas that contribute to the success of your projects and the organization as a whole.

Desirable

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant will be an advantage. A background in education is also a plus, as it can provide additional context for your analysis and solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in Salesforce-related projects, leading requirement gathering and analysis activities. You will elicit and document business requirements, analyze current business processes, and propose Salesforce-driven solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs, ensuring clarity and alignment among all parties involved.

You will collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision for projects. This involves analyzing trade-offs between usability and performance, ensuring that the solutions you propose are both effective and efficient. You will also support project managers and product managers in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and execution, contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Participation in testing activities will be a crucial part of your role, including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that all requirements are met and that the final solutions align with business goals.
