Who you are

You have experience in business analysis and software testing, particularly in agile environments. Your ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and information needs is strong, especially as it relates to Salesforce implementations. You are proficient in creating functional and non-functional user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that all requirements are met. You thrive in collaborative settings, participating actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews and retrospectives with the Product Team.

Your testing skills are well-developed, encompassing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. You have a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing processes, allowing you to design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on documented requirements. Your attention to detail ensures that defects are identified and rectified in a timely manner, aligning with the specifications provided.

What you'll do

In this role, you will advise on the viability and feasibility of policy and business changes, assessing their impact on products. You will work closely with the Product Team to elicit and document business needs that can be supported by Salesforce implementations. Your responsibilities will include creating user stories and participating in all agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.

You will design and develop test plans and test cases that reflect the documented requirements and acceptance criteria. Conducting various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, will be a key part of your role. You will also develop and execute test scenarios to ensure that the software meets the diverse needs of AvePoint's customers.
