Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in data operations, sales analytics, or campaign performance analysis — you've supported marketing and sales teams by providing timely data extraction, cleaning, and preliminary analysis. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to quickly grasp business objectives and propose data-backed solutions.
Your experience in B2C/FMCG, internet, SaaS, advertising, or e-commerce is a plus, as it helps you understand the nuances of different business scenarios. You are a logical thinker who can establish unified business data standards and define core metrics across departments to ensure alignment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the data needs of marketing and sales teams by maintaining common dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery. You will develop and optimize standardized workflows for data extraction, processing, and report generation to improve efficiency. Your responsibilities will include building automation tools using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to reduce repetitive tasks and streamline data workflows.
You will monitor the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of business data through daily validation and alerts for key metrics. Additionally, you will contribute to data platform development by organizing marketing and sales-related data tables and documenting field definitions. As a data partner, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand their operations and data needs, enabling them to make informed decisions.
