AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Change Management to lead change initiatives within their Transformation Programme Office. You'll work closely with product teams to implement effective change strategies, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a focus on Change Management and Change Enablement. You have experience in assessing, designing, and implementing effective change strategies that facilitate the transition of on-premise systems to cloud-based products. Your ability to analyze organizational needs and translate them into actionable plans is key to driving successful change initiatives. You possess strong executive-level relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
You have a background in cloud adoption strategies or SaaS methodologies, which will be advantageous in this role. You understand how to conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis, and you are skilled in designing various change management initiatives. Your experience enables you to drive change adoption effectively, fostering stakeholder engagement and ensuring readiness for change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the creation of a Change Strategy and Change Plan, developing a stakeholder engagement plan and executing different change management initiatives. You will plan and design communication interventions and enable training for those impacted by change, coaching product teams for successful transitions. You will leverage insights from change management-related data and analytics to design and adjust change strategies as necessary. Building and developing relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams and leadership will be essential to align project objectives and desired behavior shifts.
