You are an IT Administrator with a passion for technology and a knack for solving problems. What you'll do
As an IT Administrator at AvePoint, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to local and global offices. You will investigate and diagnose desktop problems, provision new users and computers, and troubleshoot server and network issues. Your role will involve installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will also be tasked with making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems, carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions, and providing remote support to staff and clients. Your hands-on approach will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure and ensuring that users receive the support they need in a timely manner.
