SoFi is seeking an IT Administrator to provide IT administration and desktop support for internal teams. You'll manage corporate software systems and deliver technical support across multiple locations in California.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an organized and self-motivated IT Administrator with experience in IT administration and desktop support. You thrive in environments where you can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective technical support is key to your success in this role.
You have a strong understanding of corporate software systems and are adept at managing and optimizing these systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your communication skills enable you to deliver technical training and support to staff, both in-person and remotely, ensuring that all team members are equipped to use IT systems effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing corporate software systems while providing prompt and effective technical support to internal team members and contractors. You will lead IT projects focused on standardization and infrastructure improvements, coordinating resources and timelines across multiple locations. Your role will require you to commute to offices in Sacramento, Yuba City, and Live Oak, sometimes on the same day, to ensure that all IT needs are met.
You will collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver training on IT systems, enhancing the overall technical capabilities of the staff. Your proactive approach will help in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that streamline IT operations.
