What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT support to over 300 employees across the U.S. You will own issues from start to finish, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with a small, highly collaborative IT team to continuously improve how IT services are delivered. Your contributions will help shape the IT experience for all employees, making their work more productive and enjoyable.

You will also have the opportunity to suggest and implement improvements to existing IT processes, helping to create a more streamlined and effective support system. Your role will involve troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring that all employees have the tools they need to succeed.
