Job Description

Who you are

You have experience managing day-to-day website updates, including publishing content, images, and pages using a CMS. Your understanding of web analytics tools allows you to monitor traffic and performance effectively. You are familiar with performing ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system like Jira. You are also capable of creating and maintaining a relevant knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring that content is current and engaging. You will utilize web analytics tools to track website performance and user engagement, providing insights to improve the site. Additionally, you will handle support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed, while adhering to service level agreements. Your role will also involve documenting processes and maintaining a knowledge base to assist both users and team members.
