What you'll do

In this role, you will be crucial in driving technical excellence and leading the replatform project in the Java Tech Stack. You will review and analyze code submitted by vendors, ensuring it adheres to best practices and organizational standards. Collaborating with vendors, you will address identified issues and implement effective solutions.

You will develop and maintain code review guidelines and processes, working closely with Business Analysts and Quality Engineers to elaborate on user stories, automate tests, and fix bugs. Your involvement in architectural discussions will help influence system design, and you will work with deployment and DevOps teams to set up continuous integration and build automation.

Your responsibilities will also include reviewing source code scan reports and collaborating with vendors to resolve any issues. You will engage with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their requirements and ensure that these are effectively translated into systems and applications architecture. Your ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a rapidly changing environment will be essential for success in this role.
