Job Description
Who you are
You are a resourceful and experienced B2B enterprise software marketer with a proven track record of building and leading marketing strategies from scratch in the APAC region. You have a strong partnership with go-to-market teams, which has helped boost brand visibility and accelerate pipeline growth. Your experience launching go-to-market strategies in new markets, including South East Asia, North Asia, Australia, and Japan, sets you apart. You are adept at designing and running account engagement campaigns in collaboration with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
Your strong background in partner and alliance marketing includes working with resellers, GSIs, distributors, and major firms like Oracle. You have successfully planned and managed regional customer events across various geographies, enhancing customer engagement and brand presence. You are skilled in generating marketing-sourced pipeline and executing customer roadshows that can be replicated and localized across multiple regions, such as Malaysia and the Philippines.
You have a solid understanding of budget management, ensuring efficient spending aligned with business goals. Your analytical skills allow you to track and analyze campaign performance and web analytics, optimizing activities to maximize ROI. You are proficient in reporting on regional marketing performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools, which informs stakeholders and guides strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute the marketing strategy for the APAC region, working closely with the global marketing team based in the U.S. You will be responsible for building and leading APAC marketing strategies and execution from the ground up. Your ability to design and run ICP account engagement campaigns will be crucial as you collaborate with AE and BDR teams. You will also plan and manage regional customer events, enhancing customer engagement and brand presence.
You will develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring that spending is efficient and aligned with business goals. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to optimize activities to maximize ROI. You will report on regional marketing performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools, providing insights to stakeholders to guide strategy.
Your role will also involve creating compelling, localized content and customer stories that resonate with the target audience across various industries, including Financial Services, Travel, Fintech, and Gaming. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with overall business objectives.
