Job Description
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR Management, accounting, or English. You have experience in the HR field or sales operations, which gives you a solid foundation for this role. Your English proficiency is strong, both orally and in writing, with a TOEIC score of 650-850 or above. You are precise and detail-focused, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsibility in your work. Your strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders. You possess a strong sense of logic and are adept at data estimation and analysis, which are crucial for the responsibilities of this position. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is a must, and any Chinese listening or speaking skills would be a plus.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and submitting commissions for global sales and technical employees, ensuring they are paid correctly and on time. You will draft and execute compensation plans, making sure that compensated employees sign them promptly. Handling all commission-related issues will be part of your daily tasks, requiring you to check and correct calculation rules in the systems regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with current policies. You will maintain internal compensation data and assist with various special ad hoc projects as required. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
