Overview

AvePoint is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the management and operations of a digital platform. You'll coordinate business operations and service support while managing stakeholder relationships. This position requires 3+ years of experience in project coordination.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a digital platform environment — your background includes managing operations and supporting service delivery in a SaaS/PaaS context. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to effectively coordinate with various divisions and partners. Your proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides, sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for monitoring issues and ensuring quality resolution delivery. Your experience with user experience principles enhances your ability to support platform users effectively.

What you'll do

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the management and operations of our digital platform, ensuring smooth business operations and coordination with training partners and customers. You will monitor issues and work items, participating actively in project implementation processes. Your role will involve developing and testing cross-functional SOPs, as well as creating and maintaining Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks. You will also establish and implement Risk Assessment frameworks to mitigate potential issues. In service support, you will manage inbound tickets as a Level 1 resolution officer, ensuring quality service delivery. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding training service providers and users to the platform, developing user-facing service support content to enhance the overall user experience.
