You have a diploma or degree in an IT discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in software and hardware support. Your expertise includes ASP.NET with C# programming and SQL, particularly in the context of manufacturing ERP software. You are familiar with VM Ware administration and have strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems. Your knowledge extends to Windows network configurations, allowing you to effectively resolve issues that arise in a corporate environment. You possess excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, enabling you to work closely with users and vendors to address their needs. You thrive in challenging situations and can perform well under pressure, demonstrating your ability to adapt to various demands.

What you'll do

As an IT/ERP Support Engineer at AvePoint, you will be responsible for providing technical support for both software and hardware issues.
