You have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in overseeing inspections and testing processes. You understand the importance of maintaining product quality and efficiency across various regions, and you are skilled at driving corrective actions with suppliers. Your attention to detail ensures that you can identify defects and non-conformities effectively.

You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate with teams based in Asia and the US to execute the company's QA/QC vision. Your ability to summarize inspection data and report findings is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to new product development and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Quality Supervisor, you will conduct inspections on incoming materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products at supplier factories. You will assist factory QC personnel in inspecting materials from subcontractors and promptly report any critical defects found. Your role will involve inspecting semi-finished goods and assembly stations, ensuring that any defective parts are addressed immediately.

You will execute the Final Quality Control process, randomly sampling finished cartons for inspection based on AQL standard sampling plans. Recording inspection data and summarizing instances of non-conforming products will be part of your responsibilities, helping to uphold Away's commitment to quality.
