You understand the unique challenges faced by law enforcement agencies and can navigate their procurement processes effectively. Your experience in a quota-carrying role has equipped you with the skills to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

What you'll do

As the Key Account Leader at Axon, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to law enforcement agencies across Minnesota and Iowa. You will manage and grow revenue and market share within your territory, ensuring that you meet your sales quotas. Your role will involve providing technical and administrative product information, conducting demonstrations, and offering product training to clients.

You will work closely with the Axon team to lead initiatives that drive customer success and satisfaction. Your ability to connect with diverse perspectives from customers and colleagues will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment. You will also be expected to travel up to 70% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders in your territory.
