What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting at Axon, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the revenue recognition process. You will ensure compliance with ASC 606 and develop scalable processes that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of revenue reporting. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Controllership, IT, and Sales to provide insights and clarity on revenue streams.

You will take ownership of complex revenue streams, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Your leadership will drive process improvements, and you will be responsible for strengthening internal controls to mitigate risks. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

In this position, you will be expected to stay current with accounting regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that Axon remains compliant and competitive. You will lead initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue accounting function, contributing to the company's mission of protecting life through innovative technology.
