What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting at Axon, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the revenue recognition process across various complex revenue streams. You will ensure that all revenue is recognized accurately and in compliance with ASC 606, while also managing the cost of goods sold. Your role will involve developing and implementing scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

You will collaborate closely with Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Controllership, IT, Professional Services, and Sales teams to provide insights and clarity on revenue-related matters. Your leadership will drive process improvements and ensure that the team adheres to best practices in revenue accounting.

In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will play a key role in shaping the revenue accounting function at Axon, contributing to the company's mission of protecting life through innovative technology.
