You are a legal professional with experience in corporate law, particularly in commercial transactions. You have a strong understanding of contract negotiations and risk analysis, enabling you to provide sound legal advice to business partners. Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering, makes you an asset in structuring complex deals. You are committed to supporting a mission-driven organization focused on public safety and justice.
What you'll do
As Axon's Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a key member of the contracts and corporate team, supporting the sales teams globally. You will provide legal advice on transactional matters related to the sale of Axon's market-leading portfolio of public safety technology products. This includes structuring, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for the disposition of goods, services, and SaaS solutions. You will also recommend options for business partners regarding contract negotiations and conduct corresponding risk analyses. Your role will involve building processes to support a rapidly scaling business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
