What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain corporate minute books and statutory records for Snyk's UK parent company and its international subsidiaries. You will support the preparations for Board and Committee meetings, including drafting agendas and resolutions. Your responsibilities will also include managing company secretarial filings with UK Companies House and other regulatory bodies. You will work closely with the Associate General Counsel to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and contribute to the overall legal strategy of the organization. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating smooth operations during potential M&A transactions and ensuring that all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
