Axon is seeking a Director of Data Integration & Architecture to lead teams responsible for third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. What you'll do

As the Director of Data Integration & Architecture at Axon, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. You will ensure seamless interoperability between legacy public safety systems and Axon's cloud-based platform, driving operational excellence and customer success. Your role will involve overseeing Solution Architects and Data Solution Engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in processes and tooling.

You will develop and implement technical strategies that align with Axon's evolving product ecosystem, ensuring that your teams are equipped to meet the challenges of integrating diverse systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integration efforts support the overall mission of Axon to protect life and enhance public safety.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within your teams. You will set clear goals and expectations, providing the necessary resources and support to help your team succeed.
