Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading post-merger integrations, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and aligning strategies to achieve clear outcomes. Your strong judgment and confidence enable you to navigate complex integration processes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption during transitions. You are adept at establishing and operating Integration Management Offices (IMOs) that translate deal strategies into actionable plans, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
Your leadership style emphasizes connection and care, as you seek out diverse perspectives from your colleagues and stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to driving real change within organizations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and acquired companies is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Head of M&A Integrations at Axon, you will lead the end-to-end integration process for acquisitions, starting from pre-close planning through to execution and stabilization. You will be responsible for establishing a scalable Integration Management Office that ensures all acquisitions align with Axon's strategic goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver clear outcomes and maintain momentum throughout the integration lifecycle.
You will report directly to the SVP of Sales Strategy & Services and will initially manage a small team, with plans for growth as integration needs expand. Your responsibilities will include developing integration strategies that support Axon's mission to protect life, ensuring that all acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into the Axon ecosystem. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to meet with companies undergoing acquisition proceedings, fostering relationships that facilitate successful integrations.
