Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading post-merger integrations, with at least 5 years of experience in corporate development or a related field. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex integration processes while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to align cross-functional teams and drive clear outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges of integrating software and hardware companies. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt your strategies to meet the unique needs of each acquisition. A background in project management or operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As the Head of M&A Integrations, you will lead the end-to-end integration process for Axon's acquisitions, from pre-close planning through execution and stabilization. You will establish and operate a scalable Integration Management Office (IMO) that translates deal strategy into actionable plans. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including finance, operations, and product teams, to ensure that all aspects of the integration are aligned with Axon's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure integration success and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
