Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in finance and M&A, with experience in managing complex integrations and financial operations. You excel at bringing structure to ambiguity and translating deal complexity into executable workplans. Your ability to oversee multiple teams and ensure accountability is key to your success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with various departments including Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Legal. You are proactive in identifying financial risks and have a track record of executing financial change through M&A and other business models.
What you'll do
As the M&A Finance Integration Lead, you will own and scale OpenAIβs finance integration model. You will be the central point of accountability for overseeing finance workstreams throughout the M&A lifecycle. Your role will involve ensuring that integrations are executed cleanly and that financial risks are mitigated early in the process.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to quarterback the M&A process, ensuring that corporate integrations are executed effectively and that leadership has clear visibility into deals. Your responsibilities will include managing financial deal diligence, finance operations, post-close integrations, and reporting controls.
