Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, demonstrating a strong ability to take ownership of projects from conceptualization through production. Your expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks allows you to create innovative solutions that enhance public safety. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, electrical engineers, and industrial designers to bring concepts to life. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the design process. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. You understand the importance of safety and quality in engineering and strive to uphold these standards in every project you undertake.

Desirable

Experience with advanced manufacturing processes and materials is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance in product design. A background in developing safety-critical systems will set you apart as a candidate. You are also open to mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers.

What you'll do
