In this role, you will lead the design and development of next-generation life-saving technologies, taking full ownership of the mechanical design process. You will utilize your creative problem-solving skills to ideate and develop new product architectural concepts, ensuring that they meet both user needs and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with electrical engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing teams to bring your designs to life, ensuring that they are not only innovative but also practical and manufacturable. Your work will be highly visible, with the opportunity to present your designs to senior executives and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for conducting design reviews and providing mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team. Your contributions will directly impact public safety, making this a meaningful and rewarding position.
