You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with Key Account Leaders and the broader sales organization. Your experience in managing critical internal and external partnerships, including key technology partners, is essential for success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced, challenging environment at Axon, where your contributions directly impact the safety and justice issues faced by society.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Axon, you will lead the sale of the Real Time Awareness product portfolio, which includes drones and counter-drone solutions, to state Department of Corrections agencies. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior corrections leaders, helping them deploy aerial technology to enhance security and situational awareness. Your role will involve driving complex engagements that require a deep understanding of both the technology and the needs of the corrections sector.
You will work closely with Key Account Leaders to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with the mission of protecting life. Your ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions will be crucial as you engage with clients. You will also manage critical partnerships with technology providers to ensure that Axon's offerings meet the evolving needs of corrections agencies.
In this field-based role, you will have the autonomy to drive your initiatives while collaborating with a dedicated sales team. Your efforts will contribute to scaling one of Axon's most important growth initiatives within the corrections market, making a meaningful impact on public safety.
