You possess a deep understanding of the corrections market and the unique challenges faced by agencies in enhancing security and operational efficiency. Your experience in selling technical products, particularly in the realm of aerial technology, positions you well to lead the sales efforts for Axon’s Real Time Awareness product portfolio. You are adept at managing critical internal and external partnerships, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sale of Axon’s Real Time Awareness product portfolio, which includes innovative solutions such as drones and counter-drone technologies. You will engage with state Department of Corrections agencies, driving complex, high-impact sales engagements that enhance security and situational awareness. Your responsibilities will include acting as a strategic advisor to senior corrections leaders, translating sophisticated technical solutions into clear value propositions that align with their mission.

You will work closely with key account leaders and the broader sales organization to identify opportunities for growth and to develop tailored sales strategies that meet the unique needs of corrections agencies. Your role will require you to manage critical partnerships with technology partners, ensuring that all solutions are effectively integrated and delivered to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the corrections market, staying informed about trends and challenges that may impact your clients.
