You are skilled in using monitoring tools such as Thousand Eyes and Dynatrace, and you have a proven track record of resolving connectivity issues in high-visibility environments. You possess a solid technical background, with hands-on experience in AWS, Cisco networking, and Linux systems. Your familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes allows you to modernize infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to driving real change within your organization.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a multi-site infrastructure organization responsible for the reliability and performance of Axon's corporate network and core infrastructure services. You will set and deliver service-level objectives, ensuring that Wi-Fi uptime meets the 99.9% target for hub offices. Your focus will be on improving wireless performance, particularly in executive and VIP areas where connectivity issues are prevalent. You will modernize monitoring practices by operationalizing tools and bringing clarity to the existing ecosystem of network monitoring solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance network performance and reliability. Your leadership will be crucial in building operational discipline and observability, allowing for early detection of issues and quick restoration of services. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the infrastructure organization.
