You have over 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure operations, leading teams to ensure high availability and performance of corporate networks. Your expertise includes setting service-level objectives and operational discipline to detect and resolve issues swiftly. You are skilled in modernizing monitoring tools and have a strong understanding of wireless performance, particularly in high-visibility areas. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to driving real change within your organization.
You possess a deep understanding of network technologies and protocols, including experience with Cisco equipment and AWS services. Your background includes operationalizing monitoring tools like ThousandEyes and Dynatrace, which you have used to enhance network observability and performance. You are adept at troubleshooting connectivity issues and have a track record of improving service reliability.
You are a strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering your team to excel in their roles. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and actively seek out diverse perspectives.
Desirable
Experience with advanced network monitoring tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with RF excellence and wireless technologies will enhance your ability to resolve connectivity issues effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a multi-site infrastructure organization responsible for the reliability and performance of Axonβs corporate network. You will set and deliver service-level objectives, ensuring that Wi-Fi uptime meets the 99.9% target for hub offices. Your focus will be on improving wireless performance and resolving recurring connectivity issues in executive areas. You will modernize monitoring by operationalizing tools and bringing clarity across existing network monitoring systems.
You will collaborate with various teams to identify and implement best practices for network management and operations. Your role will involve analyzing network performance data to drive improvements and prevent repeat incidents. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
