What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Network Performance, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to supporting Oscar's total cost of care strategy. You will collaborate closely with analytical leads across various units to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop sound projections of medical costs. Your role will involve analyzing clinical outcomes of initiatives and driving actions that enhance affordability for members. You will report directly to the VP of Medical Economics and play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the team.

You will be responsible for leading team programs that identify and measure cost-saving initiatives, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will also engage in regular meetings with your team to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize on upcoming projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
