You have a strong background in machine learning, with a focus on AI applications such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision. Your experience includes developing and deploying models that enable intelligent reasoning and perception of multimodal data. Your technical leadership is complemented by excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
You are passionate about using technology for social good, particularly in the context of law enforcement and public safety. You understand the ethical implications of AI and are committed to developing solutions that respect laws and regulations. Desirable
Experience with Generative AI technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with robotics applications. What you'll do
In this role, you will own key technical areas within Axon's AI product portfolio, focusing on LLMs, MLLMs, and Computer Vision. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to junior scientists, guiding them through the transition of R&D concepts into practical applications.
You will engage in research and development efforts that push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technologies.
