You are also familiar with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, which you use to deploy and scale your solutions effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Axon, you will own key technical areas within our LLM, MLLM, and computer vision product portfolio. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge models and algorithms that enhance intelligent reasoning and perception capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that our AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into our ecosystem of devices and cloud software.

You will be responsible for conducting research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI technologies, focusing on applications that can significantly impact law enforcement and public safety. This includes developing innovative approaches to multimodal data understanding and reasoning. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the AI team.
