What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer II at Axon, you will be responsible for enhancing the reliability and performance of our cloud native services. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that the engineering organization can continuously deliver innovative features. Your role will involve building foundational platforms and tools that streamline engineering processes and improve overall service quality. You will implement best practices for incident management and capacity planning, ensuring that our systems can scale effectively to meet user demands.

You will also engage in monitoring and alerting to identify potential issues early and respond swiftly to incidents. Your contributions will help shape the SRE organization and influence the broader engineering culture at Axon. You will participate in on-call rotations and work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in system reliability and performance.
