Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in hardware development, and have a strong understanding of RF technologies. Your background includes working on complex hardware systems, and you are comfortable with the entire product lifecycle from concept to production. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges.
You possess a solid foundation in hardware design and manufacturing processes, with experience in driving design for manufacturability and testing. You will support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection, focusing on RF, compute, power, and interfaces. Your responsibilities will include driving manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, and production bring-up.
You will partner closely with production, suppliers, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes. Additionally, you will support compliance and certification activities, ensuring that products meet necessary regulations and standards. Your contributions will be critical in bringing next-generation RF sensor products to market, making a meaningful impact on safety and justice issues.
