Your expertise includes designing complex technical platforms and large-scale B2B systems, showcasing your ability to tackle intricate workflows. You possess solid research skills, having conducted user interviews and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions. Your technical skills are highlighted by your advanced proficiency in Figma, and you have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to simplify complex user experiences.

You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating design strategies to senior leadership and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Your problem-solving skills enable you to identify and resolve UX friction points within complex workflows, ensuring that your designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically feasible. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing stakeholder expectations while presenting design drafts and strategic solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the UX/UI lifecycle for the Automation domain, leading projects from initial user research and requirement gathering to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing. You will partner closely with Product Managers, R&D, and Technical Writers to ensure that your designs align with business goals and are technically feasible. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving UX friction points within complex B2B workflows, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and intuitive.

You will present design drafts and strategic solutions to internal teams and senior executive leadership, gaining buy-in and alignment on your design vision. Your ability to articulate complex ideas clearly will be crucial in fostering collaboration and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that will inform your design decisions, helping to create a product that meets the needs of its users.
