You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with experience in client management, particularly in the ad tech industry. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, which may include advertisers, publishers, and agencies. You are adept at understanding clients' business objectives and challenges, allowing you to effectively position advertising technology solutions that meet their needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through account management. You are skilled at identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, and you work closely with sales teams to support new business development efforts. Your analytical skills enable you to assess client performance data and metrics, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check-ins, meetings, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction. You will proactively identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within your assigned client portfolio, collaborating with sales and operations teams to prepare proposals and conduct product demonstrations. Your focus will be on maximizing the value of our advertising technology solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives through effective use of our products.
You will analyze client performance data to deliver insights that inform strategy and decision-making. Your results-driven approach will help you consistently exceed goals and push the business forward. You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that they feel supported and valued throughout their engagement with our company.
What we offer

As a contractor, you will work onsite in Mountain View, CA, Monday through Friday. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25 to $35, depending on experience, and is negotiable.
