What you'll do

As a Client Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned client accounts, providing consultation on retirement plan strategies and solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that their plans are designed to meet their goals. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive excellent customer satisfaction.

You will independently anticipate client needs and proactively address any questions or issues that arise. Your ability to manage client accounts effectively will be crucial in helping clients navigate their retirement plans and achieve financial independence.
