You have experience in client management, ideally within the commercial real estate sector, and understand the nuances of managing relationships with brokers and owners. You excel at onboarding clients and guiding them through digital platforms, ensuring they maximize their use of technology to facilitate transactions.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to educate clients effectively about the features and benefits of the Auction and Elite platforms. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients is essential, as you will be their primary point of contact throughout the transaction process.

What you'll do

As a Client Manager at Crexi, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating transactions across our Auction and Elite platforms. You will onboard both broker and owner businesses, ensuring they understand how to leverage our digital platform for their needs. Your role will involve managing relationships with brokers, owners, and buyers from the time of onboarding a transaction through to the close of escrow.

You will educate clients on the functionalities of our platform, helping them navigate the tools available to enhance their transaction experience. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless process, addressing any concerns that arise, and providing ongoing support to facilitate successful transactions.
