What you'll do

As a CPU/GPU/Processor Hardware Architect at Baidu, you will independently design and define new micro-architectures while identifying areas for improvement in existing designs. You will collaborate with a world-class team to explore fast-growing AI hardware opportunities, contributing to the revolution of AI silicon and systems. Your role will involve providing guidelines and direction to your team, ensuring that the next generation of system and silicon architecture is well-defined and meets market needs.

You will engage with the marketing team to publish specifications and communicate the benefits of your designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance analysis and optimization, ensuring that your designs meet both performance and power efficiency standards. You will also be involved in proof of concept projects, working to validate new ideas and concepts in the AI hardware space. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the AI industry, as you help shape the future of AI hardware.
