Bandwidth is hiring a Manager for their Global Service Delivery Team to transform customer support into a proactive, consultative partnership. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to enhance customer experiences.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer service management, with experience leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of transforming reactive support functions into proactive partnerships that drive customer success and value realization. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their best performance. You are adept at working cross-functionally, influencing account strategies, and advocating for customer needs at various organizational levels.
Desirable
Experience in the telecommunications or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI integrations and automation in service delivery. You are comfortable navigating complex customer environments and have a track record of developing talent within your team.
What you'll do
As the Manager of the Global Service Delivery team, you will lead and mentor a team of Service Delivery Managers, ensuring they deliver world-class service to customers. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to influence account strategies and advocate for customer interests. Your role will involve scaling processes and developing talent within your team, ensuring that customer needs are met proactively. You will also play a critical role in Bandwidth's evolution from a telecommunications company to a leading software platform provider, driving adoption and value realization for customers.
