Your ability to collaborate with leadership teams ensures that global delivery teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize customer outcomes. You understand the importance of continuous learning and certification methodologies in a professional services context, and you are passionate about driving successful digital transformation for clients.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your experience in managing customer relationships and understanding their needs enables you to tailor enablement strategies that align with business objectives. What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for onboarding and continuous learning for the WalkMe Global Customer Delivery organization. You will work closely with Services leadership to ensure that our global delivery teams have the tools, technical knowledge, and consulting frameworks necessary to drive world-class customer outcomes. Your focus will be on enhancing the technical proficiency of Professional Services consultants, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to clients.
You will lead initiatives that promote methodology certification and continuous learning, ensuring that consultants are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the WalkMe platform. By fostering a culture of learning and development, you will help drive the success of our customer delivery teams and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
