What you'll do
As the Senior Privacy Counsel at Bandwidth, you will be a key member of the Privacy Team, providing legal guidance on privacy and data protection requirements for the company's products and services. You will draft, review, and negotiate privacy terms in service agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your role will involve advising various business units on privacy-related matters, helping them understand their obligations and best practices.
You will collaborate closely with the VP, Deputy General Counsel, and other team members to develop and implement privacy policies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting privacy impact assessments and responding to inquiries from regulatory bodies. You will also play a vital role in training employees on privacy compliance and promoting awareness of data protection issues across the organization.
