What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Padlet, you will be responsible for designing new products and features across both mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that your designs meet user needs and align with the company's vision. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring less experienced designers, helping them to develop their skills and contribute effectively to the team.

You will also play a key role in the hiring process for new designers, ensuring that Padlet continues to build a strong and talented design team.
