You have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, managing everything from role kickoff to offer acceptance. You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at developing and executing sourcing strategies that attract top talent. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout their journey.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the hiring goals and the recruiting process for various teams at Baseten. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
